President Ford helped get this nation back on track after Nixon and the Vietnam War, etc. I believe he was a good citizen as well as a good Navy and political servant to this country. He was not an elected official to the presidency but we are all thankful he was the VP when we needed him most.
We lost a great statesman. He will be remembered for the good decisions he made in our time of need.
President Ford deserves all the respect that any other president would have. He served his country well and we should all be thankful for his good works.
Excellent president for the short time he served. Too bad the peanut farmer could not do as well.
