Democrats Set To Ruin The Economy
Of course that's nothing new but in this case they want to introduce legislation dealing with "global warming."
WASHINGTON (AP) -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sought to create a special committee Thursday in an effort to jump-start long-delayed government efforts to deal with global warming and produce a bill by Independence Day.
Pelosi, D-Calif., said the committee would hold hearings and recommend legislation on how to reduce greenhouse gases, primarily carbon dioxide generated by fossil fuels, that most scientists blame for a gradual warming of the earth's climate.
I guess now that it's SNOWING in Malibu somehow proves global warming?
Did I also mention it's snowing in Texas and Oklahoma?
Not to mention the freezing rain here in Monroe North Carolina

"Global Warming"? Thanks for this information. Now the democrats think they are in control of worldwide weather. When did God relinquish his duties to the democrat party or anyone else for that matter? These people are heathens, even worse. I noted that in Monroe, NC, the high temperature (82 degrees) for this date was 1944 - FIFTY THREE (53) years ago and the low temperature MINUS FIVE (-5 degrees) for this date was 1985 TWENTY TWO years ago. Figure this out - in a span of 41 years the temperature DROPPED a total of 87 degrees. Now that is "Global Warming"? If we don't all get out to vote in 2008, we will definitely be in a much worse condition that we are today. Wake up folks, VOTE, for the right party.
That global warming is surely taking it's toll in all the places that are having snow and ice. LOL!
Pelosi doesn't seem to know much about anything.
