The article said one dead person voted 17 times. If they all do that they could turn an election in a heartbeat. They may eventually have to police the voting polls to ensure the person is who they claim to be.
Dead voters have always voted in every Chicago election. While the majority of Chicago is Democrat, it is possible that a few dead Republicans have also voted. I had never heard of the dead voting when I moved from Ohio to Chicago many years ago. But having arrived a few months before voting time, I quickly heard about what the dead can do.
The dead vote and some of the living don't even vote. Shame on them.
