Good grief! Does he not know that people will know he's not on the committee? Is he confused or what?
And they try to say McCain gets confused. I think John McCain is quite sharp and in full control of his faculties.
Confused politicians cause a lot of trouble.
Better to keep the mouth closed if you don't know what your'e talking about.
