Some people use any excuse not to exercise, they always have. Some say they can't walk very far--ok then sit in a chair and lift canned goods, good workout for the upper arms and the ladies know this is badly needed. The men can do the same thing. If anyone wants to exercise, it takes one thing-Ambition, just do it. And forget the price of gas during exercise. Guaranted to make you feel better. Jane
I drive 15 miles everyday to go swimming... up hill...both ways...barefoot...in the snow.
You drive barefoot in the snow? Oh, you poor thing. I had to wrap barb wire around my feet just to get traction.
