Charlotte is only about 10-15 miles from where I live. If this guy is any indication of the kind of people who live here we're all in trouble! This video is one of the funniest things I've seen a long time!

How any branch of government allows this idiot to usurp time that should be devoted to civic affairs is unbelieveable. This complainer should be confined to a mental institution. I believe in politness to all regardless of their mental capacities but not so gracious as to allow this to occur. BLAKE
What a nut case this guy is. I imagine he would be happy to know the helicopter was there if they were looking for a criminal or coming to give aid to someone who has been injured. He probably feels that he owns the air space surrounding his property. This is indeed a sick individual.
