Is This America Or Mexico?

One way or the other democrats are hell bent on destroying this country.

An attorney for a Hispanic man who was allegedly knocked to the ground and kicked by a police officer is seeking over $1 million dollars for his client, arguing that the city's failure to teach law enforcement officers "fundamental Spanish" is the reason excessive force was used.

Let that sink in for a minute. According to democrat Domingo Garcia it's the responsiblility of the police to speak Spanish and not this guys responsibility to speak English.

If you think that's bad check this out.

A local group fighting for immigrant rights is calling for a boycott of two nationally known companies. Dunkin Donuts and Applebee's are accused of discriminating against immigrant workers whose names don't match their social security numbers.

This one is even more bizarre. Democrats are boycotting Dunkin Donuts and Applebees for following the law. According to leftists it's "racism" to adhere to the laws of the land. What are they supposed to do? Go to jail? Is anyone going to stand up for America?

There is a saying much older than I. "When in Rome do as the Romans do." That includes speaking the language. The same applies here in this country "When in America do as the Americans do." That also includes speaking the American language which is English. When in Mexico do as Mexicans do. Speak the language which is Spanish. I's sure everyone gets the idea. We in this country are under NO obligation whatsoever to teach Spanish to police officers, public school teachers, or anyone (a private citizen or public servant). Something is terribly wrong with our judicial system when we even entertain such judicial procedure as this. This case ought to be dismissed for lack of nothing to prosecute.

An addendum to my previous post: What the hell is an employer supposed to do when a person's name does not match the Social Security number: whether it be a person of legal standing or an illegal alien. We do NOT use mis- matched Social Security numbers and names of anyone, makes no difference where you are from. The people boycotting Dunkin Donuts and Applebee's are breaking the law themselves in supporting such action. Both of these establishments will receive much more business than usual when the word gets out. We do still have some loyal citizens who will do the right thing.
