Do you believe this is unusual for Chicago at this time of year?
Yes, hashfanatic. After living in Chicago for 50 years I know this is far too cold in Chicago since the advent of "Global Warming." I've seen much colder weather in Chicago but that was when God was in charge of the weather, not Al Gore.
Actually, hash, it hasn't been THAT cold here for a very long time.
Chicago is colder than usual and New York state has more than 100" of snow. That about sums up global warming in a few words
