Democrats Move To Surrender To Al Qaeda
It's not exactly surprising that democrats want to lose the war but now they're working on legislation that will get our fine men and women in uniform killed.
WASHINGTON (AP) - Four years ago, Congress passed legislation authorizing President Bush to go to war in Iraq. Now Senate Democrats want to take it back.
Key lawmakers, backed by party leaders, are drafting legislation that would effectively revoke the broad authority granted to the president in the days Saddam Hussein was in power, and leave U.S. troops with a limited mission as they prepare to withdraw.

The democrats have the yo-yo syndrome, one day it's this way, next day it's that way. Especially when the going gets rough and they don't like it. Maybe they will grow up someday and take full responsibility for their actions. Poor pathetic creatures.
Joe Biden is another one who talks out of both sides of his mouth. It's no wonder the democrat party has so many contenders. They are still trying to get someone out there with knowledge of what needs to be done but so far have been quite unsuccessful in finding anyone who is remotely credible.
As Blake said, they have the yo-yo syndrome and will do anything to please the terrorists.
Saddam Hussein had nothing to do with 9/11.
Iraq had nothing to do with the occurrences on 9/11.
There were no WMDs in Iraq.
Cut it off, take away the shrub's ability to wage unjust war and authorize war crimes for a lie, and bring our fighting men and women HOME.
This is America. Not Israel.
There may not have been wmd in Iraq when the war began but they surely did have them and moved them to another country. Remember when they gassed their own people?
Saddam was paying $25,000 to families of the suicide bombers. Given a few more weeks or months and he would have paid them to come here to America to be suicide murderers. Have the democrats forgotten the past evil deeds?
I guess it's easier for them to deny any wrong doings by saddam than to move forward with protecting America and risk offending the terrorists. After all, it does not please the terrorists to think we have a mind of our own and sense enough to use it.

C.J., I remember that article so well. I also remember the pictures of the mother's lying dead in the streets with their arms wrapped around their babies, eyes wide open, mouth's open, gasping for breath. Those pictures and articles are forever seared in my mind. It was horrifying!
I also remember the pictures Linda was referring to. Enough to make the toughest of men weep. Imagine how you would feel if that was your wife and child. Takes a heart of stone to ignore that.
I remember seeing the pictures of women and children dying in the streets, that is something that no nation should ignore. And you don't need to be Israel to see what is happening.
