ACLU Shilling For Muslims (Again)

This time it's because Muslims supposedly can't eat their food in 20 minutes like the rest of the inmates do.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit Thursday claiming that a Wyoming State Penitentiary policy restricting prisoners’ mealtimes violates the constitutional rights of two Muslim inmates.

The ACLU filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court on behalf of Joseph Miller and Hurie Purdiman Jr., two inmates serving time at the penitentiary in Rawlins.

At issue is an alleged “20-minute rule” requiring inmates to eat their meals within 20 minutes after the food is delivered to a cell or common dining area, the lawsuit said. The lawsuit seeks for the inmates to be exempted from the rule because it forces them to choose between eating and practicing their religion.

Um...no...they can "practice their religion" any time they want, just not when they're eating. Of course their religion is really a cult but that's beside the point. It seems that the ACLU viciously attacks all religions except the one that prefers genocide against anyone who doesn't believe what they believe.

I say eat it or do without. Who do they think they are to have special treatment? A prison is run by rules not muslims.

Prisoners whether muslims or something else have no reason to think they will run the prison once they are inside. They should be thankful they have FREE food courtesy of the American taxpayers.
They should be told to eat or do without and without interference by the ACLU.

Feed all the prisoners at one time. Doesn't matter when they would like to eat. They should be thankful that they don't have to work for it. It should be mandatory that each prison demand that prisoners work for all the food they receive and it should be served at a time convenient for the prison servers to do so. No questions, eat or do without.
