Democrats Verbally Assaulting Soldiers
Not that this surprises me much.

Dept of Transportation Federal Transit Administration sends:
Recently, there have been local incidents in which military personnel have been verbally assaulted while commuting on the Metro. Uniformed members have been approached by individuals expressing themselves as anti-government, shouting anti-war sentiments, and using racial slurs against minorities.
In one instance, a member was followed onto the platform by an individual who continued to berate her as she exited the
metro station. Thus far, these incidents have occurred in the vicinity of the Reagan National Airport and Eisenhower Ave metro stations on the yellow line, however, military members should be vigilant and aware of their surroundings at all times while in mass transit.
Can we question their patriotism yet? But you know they "support the troops."

I do not know how on earth anyone could possibly berate someone for being in the military. They are the backbone of our country. If we did not have the security of these fine men and women protecting us with their lives we would have already been taken over by another country and probably speaking another language. I wonder if these low-life scumbags ever give a thought about these soldiers not being able to sleep at night because of bullets flying past their heads or carrying a hundred pounds or more weight in the sweltering heat of the desert..
all so we here at home can be safe. Do they ever think about how much these people have sacrificed...they have lost arms, legs, eyes, etc. and so many have lost their lives. May God bless and keep each and every one of them. They are all heroes in my book.
Um, you are aware the article identifies the perpetrators as "anti-government", correct? Last time I checked, members of the Democratic party made up over half of our government. What makes you think these people are Democrats? Or are you simply painting everybody you dislike with the same brush again?
What has this country come to when the military must protect itself against civilians while in this country. We are worse than a third world country where ignorance is rampant. Ignorance and hatred mixed together cause an enormous amount of uncivilized actions on the part of a few who should be incarcerated for such dastardly deeds as harassing the military. Tnhe individuals who take part in such actions should be deported and never know what a free country looks like. May they all go straight to hell.
If a person has good sense he thanks the soldiers, he is not mean to them. Think where we would be today if we didn't even have the army and others.
Low life scum bags of the world.
