Who's To Blame For The Virginia Tech Slaughter?

Why George Bush of course:

Also, if David Brooks and the Rightwing can blame video games and the violent movies coming out of Hollywood for the school shootings, then I think it is also fair to place some of the blame on our political leaders who called for us to invade and occupy Iraq. The bloodbath and carnage daily reported out of Iraq, as well as our young people going in and out of that death trap, provide the background noise for the violence that pervades our society.

Is there anything democrats won't blame George Bush for? Liberalism truly is a mental illness.

As I viewed the news today I saw only one person to blame, the shooter, clearly one person and one person only. No one killed the students, only the shooter.

Give us back our RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS and such as this will likely not happen again. Stastics clearly show that about 1% of guns are used for murder, especially mass murder. Where is the 99% of those who don't have guns? Being shot or waiting for something to happen. If every person who is proven to be responsible to bear arms did so, the perpretrators of this sort would well know that he is in danger when entering and shooting a group of young adults. This comes down to responsible govenment making it possible for the community to bear arms. Then the 1% who commit these crimes would not know who may take him out and how quickly he would be gone...forever gone...

This had nothing to do with the war in Iraq. As Lee said, the person who did the shooting was to blame. The democrats are always looking for something to blame on President Bush. How on earth can they even equate this with the war in Iraq?

I don't have anything to add to Blake's remark. Only hope the right to bear arms is not lost.

If one responsible college student in the room had a gun there would not have been so many dead. We need to make sure the second amendment is upheld.
