Jimmy Carter looks like himself in this picture. He has always been short on common sense and long on doing whatever he deems proper for himself, not his country. As long as he breathes he will be a nuisance to mankind.
This nut case will do anything. He was almost the worst president.
Jimmy Carter never was bright and he is getting dimmer every day. Sad to think that he was a president.
