How Democrats "Support The Troops"

Harry Reid, senate majority leader had this to say about the war in Iraq:
The war in Iraq "is lost" and a US troop surge is failing to bring peace to the country, the leader of the Democratic majority in the US Congress, Harry Reid, said Thursday.

"I believe ... that this war is lost, and this surge is not accomplishing anything, as is shown by the extreme violence in Iraq this week," Reid said, on the same day US President George W. Bush was giving a speech at an Ohio town hall meeting defending the war on terror.

Can we question their patriotism yet?

Here's a question, did democrats ever want to "win" the war? Is it just a knee jerk reaction to root against your own country? What's most disgusting is the glee and joy that each and every American soldiers death brings to democrats.

Very well stated C.J. Can you imagine how the troops must feel when they read or hear of such trash as this. They are there risking life and limb to keep us safe and they are doing a fine job.
Not only does that kind of talk hurt the troops, it hurts their families. God bless them all.
It's almost like the Democrats are salivating everytime they hear of a new death. They obviously think it further's their party's needs. They make me sick.
