McCain Will Be Our Nominee

McCain won Florida yesterday which all but guarantees he will be the Republican nominee. It doesn't get much more depressing than having two democrats running in the general election. 2 things McCain would have to say before I even thought about driving the 3 miles it takes to get to my polling place. He'd have to say he'd BUILD THE DAMN WALL and nominate justices similar to Alito and Roberts to the Supreme Court. Stevens and Ginsburg are likely to retire in the next 4 years. If we can get two more qualified Supreme Court justices we can take back the court from those who use it (liberals) as a ways of legislating positions that would never pass in an electoral event. Truth be told I don't think I'd believe him even if he did commit to doing those two things. This is going to be a LONG 9 months!

How Democrats View America

Let's face facts, shall we? America Sucks

Yep, I said it, we suck.

It isn't hard to figure this out.

It's just that too many of us are too chicken to deal with this fact.

I know that a lot of people will say, "What about Democracy? What about Freedom? What about this? What about that?"

I say that these people obviously haven't been paying attention.

In terms of the strict constructionist, America was supposed to be the safe haven for the white, land owning male... Everybody else was supposed to be an afterthought. Slaves, indigenous people, women and child labor be damned. The history of this nation should never be viewed in terms of the PEOPLE, who overcame adversity and lead the nation to peace and prosperity... That's basically a lie.
a

If you can stomach it read the rest of this democrats view of America here and the reaction of a couple of hundred fellow democrats.

Can we question their patriotism yet?

Iowa Democrats

The democrats in the Iowa legislature decided to have a Muslim Imam say a prayer at the beginning of session. What does the Imam pray for?

The Iowa Legislature started just over a week ago and some people were upset before the first issue was every addressed.
When the session began, a Muslim Imam began the prayer in the Iowa Legislature. This is where the controversy begins.
The prayer asked of "Victory over those who disbelieve," and "Protection from the great Satan" among other things.

Someone needs to ask the democrats if they agree with their invited guest. Do they want the terrorists to win in the global war on terror? On second thought I already know the answer to that.

McCain For President?

Who has John McCain selected as his "Hispanic Outreach" director? None other than Juan Hernandez. Don't know who he is? Take a look at this video.

Juan Hernandez wants America to become Mexico. By the way, where in the world did Hernandez get that 76% of Americans wanted the amnesty bill? I believe it was more like 80% were AGAINST it. If McCain gets elected say goodbye to American sovereignty. I could hold my nose and vote for just about anybody rather than have a President Hillary or B. Hussein Obama but I can't in good conscience vote for McCain. We must defeat him in the primaries!

What????

Remember a few years ago when Katrina was all the rage? The "global warming" crowd was telling us that we'll have more hurricanes because of climate change? They kept telling us that we'll have dozens of hurricanes and they'll be powerful. Well, for the past 2 years we've hardly had any hurricanes so what do the environmentalist wackos say now? Well, since their lies have been exposed they decide that now "global warming" is causing fewer hurricanes. I can't make this stuff up!

Intensifying one of the hottest debates in science, a new report concludes that global warming actually is diminishing the number of hurricanes that strike Florida and the rest of the United States -- and the phenomenon is likely to continue.

What's amazing is that now that the "global warming" myth has been proved to be a lie these wackos now claim just the opposite as what they claimed just 2 years ago.

Even More On That Darn Global Warming

As we all know Al Gore keeps telling us about our impending doom due to global warming. Here is more proof at how prescient the Goracle is.

While the rest of Europe is debating the prospects of global warming during an unseasonably mild winter, a brutal cold snap is raging across the semi-autonomous nation of Greenland.

On Disko Bay in western Greenland, where a number of prominent world leaders have visited in recent years to get a first-hand impression of climate change, temperatures have dropped so drastically that the water has frozen over for the first time in a decade.

'The ice is up to 50cm thick,' said Henrik Matthiesen, an employee at Denmark's Meteorological Institute who has also sailed the Greenlandic coastline for the Royal Arctic Line. 'We've had loads of northerly winds since Christmas which has made the area miserably cold.'

Matthiesen suggested the cold weather marked a return to the frigid temperatures common a decade ago.

Temperatures plunged to -25°C earlier this month, clogging the bay with ice and making shipping impossible for small crafts, according to Anthon Frederiksen, the mayor of the town of Ilulissat, where Disko Bay is located.

And The Sun Sets In The West

Liberal bias in the media is so strong that ordinary Americans overwhelmingly see it.

By four-to-one margins, Americans surveyed see The New York Times (41.9% to 11.8%) and National Public Radio (40.3% to 11.2%) as mostly or somewhat liberal over mostly or somewhat conservative.

By a three-to-one margin, Americans see news media journalists and broadcasters (45.4% to 15.7%) as mostly or somewhat liberal over mostly or somewhat conservative.

And, by a two-to-one margin, Americans see CNN (44.9% to 18.4%) and MSNBC (38.8% to 15.8%) as mostly or somewhat liberal over mostly or somewhat conservative.

Just Fox News was seen as mostly and somewhat conservative (48.7%) over mostly or somewhat liberal (22.3%).

The most trusted national TV news organizations, for accurate reporting, in declining order included: Fox News (27.0%), CNN (14.6%), and NBC News (10.90%). These were followed by ABC News (7.0%), local news (6.9%), CBS News (6.8%) MSNBC (4.0%), PBS News (3.0%), CNBC (0.6%) and CBN (0.5%).

Not Looking Too Good For Hillary

Herthighness didn't too so well in Michigan. Her name was the only one on the ballot but around 250,000 people went out in the snowstorm and voted "uncommitted." Those democrats must really hate the Hildabeast.

As the only leading Democratic contender to keep her name on the ballot after Michigan officials moved their primary ahead of the opening date scheduled by the Democratic National Committee, Clinton was perfectly positioned. She had no serious opposition. She also had the strong support of top Michigan Democrats such as Governor Jennifer Granholm and U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow.

Usually, a prominent presidential contender running a primary campaign without serious opposition and with strong in-state support from party leaders can count on winning 90 percent or more of the vote. That's how it went for George Bush when he was running without serious opposition in Republican primaries in 2004, and for Bill Clinton when he was essentially unopposed in the Democratic primaries in 1996.

But Hillary Clinton got nowhere near 90 percent of the vote in Tuesday's Michigan primary.

With most of the ballots counted, the New York senator was winning uninspiring 55 percent of the Democratic primary vote.

A remarkable 40 percent of Michiganders who participated in the primary voted for nobody, marking the "Uncommitted" option on their ballots. Another 4 percent backed Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich, who brought his anti-war, anti-corporate campaign to Michigan and made some inroads among Muslim voters in the Detroit area and liberals in Washtenaw County -- where he was taking almost 10 percent.

One Down A Few Million To Go

Remember when after the 2004 election hundreds if not thousands of liberals said they were going to leave the country? Well, I've found one that really is leaving.

Having been a Sacramentan for 42 years, I've seen the old hometown undergo a change or two. Raised in Land Park and then afterward spending much of my (alleged) adult life in Curtis Park, I've been a downtown resident since March 2005, four easy blocks from work.

I love it here. Downtown Sacramento, chock full o' writers, musicians and artists of all sorts, has a wonderful creative energy, a buzz one can acutely experience on a Second Saturday or while digging a rich music scene. Additionally, new quality restaurants open regularly (some even sans pretentious valet parking), finely crafted Victorians abound and, of course, who doesn't thrill at our famous trees? Great weather, lots of parks, two rivers … the list is extensive.

As I've been out and about in recent months, thoroughly enjoying this thoroughly livable place, I've been struck frequently by this thought: There's never been a better time to reside right here in River City.

Which is why it'll be even harder to leave it come April.

That's when I move, permanently, into my new house in Costa Rica. Despite Sacramento's myriad seductive attributes, the one thing I cannot abide about it is that, unfortunately, it is still part of the United States, and I decided almost three years ago that I could no longer live in a war-loving nation whose government is run by corporations.

Call me kooky, but I'm afraid I've just never been all that fond of fascism

Do you think these far left wing fanatical nut jobs even know what "fascism" means? If we were this kook would have been thrown in jail for writing this tripe. All I can say is don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out! Oh, and good riddins to bad rubbish!
